Interacting with clients is an essential aspect of the role and to this end applicants must be social and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills. The bespoke nature of our service and the immaculate attention to detail requires a dedicated and flexible approach to each working day - no two days are the same! Valid experience in the hospitality industry or client facing customer relations is important.

Warmth, friendliness and a genuine interest in people and their needs are a must in this role. 

We won't lie to you, it will be hard work and at times you may have to think on your feet to resolve a problem within a couple minutes flat! But, the rewards (working with a fun and supportive Management Team and seeing lovely comments written about you in one of our guest books at the end of your clients' stay), will more than make up for it!

There is 'doing a season' and there is 'doing a CK season'.  You'll take the experience, skills, contacts and friends with you for life!


  • Laying the table for and serving breakfast
  • Daily and full clean of one of our luxurious chalets
  • Serving afternoon tea, cocktails, a beer; whatever the client desires
  • Assisting the chef when plating dinner and with the dishes between courses
  • Serving anything from a 1 to 5 course evening meal with wine. 
  • Acting as immediate concierge for guests, ensuring all their needs and requirements are met in collaboration with the Management Team and Concierge Team
  • Changeover day: once or twice a week the chalet will receive a deep clean and be sparkling in time for new arrivals

A good knowledge of French and a clean driving license would be beneficial.
