This position demands a great deal of flexibility and interaction with both guests and colleagues. With the mobile nature of this role it is essential that members of our driving team are resourceful, self motivated and pro-active. The job is often very physical calling for a high level of practical ability as well as responsibility and awareness.

Members of our driving team must be willing and outgoing displaying a “Nothing is too much trouble” attitude. We won't lie to you, it will be hard work and at times you may have to think on your feet to resolve a problem within a couple minutes flat! But, the rewards (working with a fun and supportive Management Team and seeing lovely comments written about you in one of our guest books at the end of your clients’ stay), more than make up for it!

There is 'doing a season' and there is 'doing a CK season'.  You'll take the experience, skills, contacts and friends with you for life!

In addition to driving guests around resort this role includes:

  • Running errands for clients and colleagues
  • House and Grounds duties including snow clearing etc
  • Deliveries of various items such a fire wood, laundry, client skis and topping up stock etc
  • Recycling of Chalet waste
  • Maintaining and valeting of company vehicles to a very high standard
  • Minor chalet maintenance
  • Assisting with other job roles when required

All wishing to apply for this role must have held a full, clean, EU driving license, for a minimum of five years in addition to being aged 25 or over.

You should be confident in driving. Experience of driving on the continent and in alpine conditions would be beneficial. Full snow training will be given.

All applicants must hold an EU passport. Due to Swiss Visa regulations we are unable to employ holders of US, Australian, New Zealand, South African or Eastern European passports, unless they already hold a valid Swiss work permit.
