Being a chef with CK Verbier is no ordinary challenge.
Imagination, flexibility and a practical knowledge of many styles of cooking is essential as daily and weekly menus must be tailored to the needs of each group of guests within a set budget. Whether a simple hearty supper or formal 5 course gastronomic experience the food produced must be of the very highest standard in both taste and presentation.
Interpersonal skills are essential as our chefs will experience a certain level of client contact.
On a day to day basis, chefs will be responsible for the following:-
Breakfast- including hot dishes cooked to order.
Afternoon tea.
Children's supper.
Canapés.
Dinner (anything from an informal supper to a 5 course dinner).
Catering to specific dietary requirements and allergies.
Food hygiene and health and safety (with a weekly deep clean of the kitchen).
Pay range £875 - £1375 per month (depending on experience) + tips + CK benefits package
Applicants must be a minimum age of 23 years old and
hold an EU passport.
